If you want to have a different subject for each email, then edit the Macro to refer the subject from a column in the sheet. Let me make the template, I will share

@@techytonics it was still way too complicated for me, but I gave the video to a more tech-minded friend and he got it. Basically enable developer options, and then in the upper left corner click "visual basic".
@@techytonics just one more thing: How do we create a second variable field? There's sth with (0,-1) that defines the field. But when we copy it to have a second variable field, the whole thing doesn't work anymore

Yes you can actually send more than 2 documents, you just paste their file paths on the columns to the right of the File "Path folder"

You can modify the macros such that instead of calling the popup, it references a particular column or cell

Well, that shouldn't happen at all. Remove your data in the excel, send it to me and I will try to troubleshoot the code
