@@CircleworkTV I use some of these speeches in my projects. Mostly you can find CC (creative commons) or free to reuse in the description. You have the right to use speech even if nothing is written. You cannot use it if it is explicitly stated that any use of intellectual property is prohibited or something like that. If we're talking about acapellas, that's a different story.
@ there is no way her sermons are Creative Commons. Most videos on RUclips are uploaded under a Standard RUclips Licence, which means that the video can only be accessed FROM RUclips for viewing purposes, and can't be reproduced or distributed without the original creator's permission. Are you certain you’re using other people’s work fairly? ((Not accusing!!)) I get it if it’s short (under 10 seconds). If I had any sense of respect for other creators I would ask permission. This is a woman telling a deeply personal story with no credit and probably no knowledge of this. Doesn’t that feel icky to you?
