Juiciest burger I've ever seen. I wonder if I cooked outside if my food would come out this good? I mean instead of a forest I have a backyard with weeds and a dilapidated shed. Instead of a stream I have a hose with somewhat polluted water bursting out of the holes in it. Birds chirping and the rustling of leaves and twigs are replaced by car horns and my neighbor yelling at her kids. My cooking utensils consit of rusted spatulas that I've had since the 80's and my grill is a shopping cart turned on its side with a fire made up of old newspapers and cardboard. There is also a dog but he is full of fleas and is deaf. Other than that, it'll be just like this video.

Pavlaka pepers you can buy in some supermarkets in Serbia, but basically it is pickeled paprika mixed with something similar to greek sour yogurth ( fatest you can find ) and chilled few days in the fridge mixed together

This guy was creating a story behind those cooking show, each episode tells a different story as when or how he will start preparing the dish until he will end with an epic beautiful stunning delicious dish. Every single prep is lovely, when he picked his ingredient on his own garden, that owl, the way he produce his own oven at the forest, the way he cut the ingredients and most of all that sounds from the water falls was really relaxing. May I ask, is it just fresh peppers encased in pavlaka and left to meld the flavors for a while. I also wanted to let you guys know that I made your Borek the other day and it was absolutely delicious and turned out perfect, just like yours. Nice and crispy on the outside and soft and chewy in the middle. The only problem was that it made so much it took me two days to eat it all....next time I will cut recipe in half.
