@@djgrahamevans please use in this video, mostly this needs to be done before you publish the content. it would be better if you delete this video, upload it again with my below suggested method, Make sure you upload the video, then HQ thumbnail, then copy paste these, and then only select Publish, best practice also includes scheduling the video for a later time, with at least 12 hours time, this would give YT algo to dig thru your title, tags, description.
