I do that I move around to avoid difficult people but then I say to myself I haven't done anything to that person I'm not going to let they ways stick to me and run me away.I will stand my ground.What their going through is something they can't fix.
Dealing with difficult people on my job of 7 years is the reason I want another job...I'm tired of going back & forth...when I go back to work tomorrow...i will ignore them and grow up! I used to be the type that would cuss & fuss...I will stop playing they're games!!! LORD help me to keep my peace and have your angels to protect me even if i find a better job soon🛐🛐🛐❤🤞🏽

Awesome sermon. I only wish I could implement the tools at my current job. I really want to work it out to the point I want to hug my coworker and cry it out. Still I know that alone will not resolve the problem. Sometimes I think I am the difficult one and sometimes I think she is the difficult one. Whoever is which one, I want to get off this rollercoaster.
Sometimes it’s just a conflict of energy’s. Some marriages work that way too and they end up getting divorced because sometimes no matter how hard you work two people sometimes are just too different.
In a new job . My senior colleague and manager , is arrogant and also pushes me for tasks. Makes me feel lower and not good for the job. Shattering my confidence.. intially I was ignoring but in few days it became more vocal. That it started to break me .till I opened my mouth . Ofcourse few days later tshe started talking with little respect .but still she has a pushy nature but is careful than before
