This career mode and licensing and top spin game play would be the dream
People saying that gameplay is garbage when they didn't actually even tested it... Bro the game is in early access on pc and trust me, is already better than topsbin2k25, gameplay plus general licenses. This game will have all the top 50 male and female players and all the circuits 250,500,1000 and slams. Trust me gameplay is very good, is 100 times more realistic than topspin hands down...
Gameplay isn’t even close to being half as good as Topspin. All this has going for it over Topspin is the official licenses and player depth.
120 licensed players? what the heck is 2K doing then?

@@jbriff600 seems like 2K rushed out a title fully knowing tiebreak has 120+ otherwise nobody would be buying 2K if released at the same time or later.

I hope the developers can increase the frame rate before release. Right now the animations feels like it's skipping frame rates. Needs to be more smooth animation running, swinging of the arm, legs, shots.

@@midisong no no, maybe i wrote it wrong. When players are turning. It seems like they are skipping animations and turning right away. Would like to see more motion i suppose in movements
@@mostar387 Yes I agree. My only complaint is the player animation. They look a little bit stiff like they have arthritis. But the gameplay is excellent for me
This game has constantly improved since early access started, still some things that need to be worked on but the gameplay is so rewarding, the detail to the pro player animations is unmatched. It is the sim tennis experience and I'm absolutely stoked about the roster.
What about career mode? Why Djokovic is not using his current racquet?

I'm pretty excited about this game. Day one purchase. Hopefully they continue to work on the game play as it still needs to be cleaned up. The roster, venues, community creation, offline and online modes are all amazing. For me, ultimately it comes down to how fun the game is. I played AO tennis 2 to the ground even though it was far from perfect. The customization was great. Game play was decent enough to enjoy the game. I pre-ordered Top Spin. I stopped playing it after the first week. For some reason, to me, its not an enjoyable game. Maybe because of the player models, lack of roster and game mode or the fact that it really comes down to who can hit most power shots to win. Also the fact that Venus and Maria can beat Carlos and Roger is in itself pretty unrealistic. Anyway, we all enjoy games for different reasons. As mainly an offline player, the large content provided by Tiebreak is more important.
Does Wimbledon come into play and all the other grand slam Tournaments?
Will this game have the academy like AO Tennis 2? Does anyone know?

You do know that these devs made tennis world tour and ao tennis right? Do your research and you’ll find just how bad those games turned out, just because there’s 120+ licensed players that doesn’t mean it’s going to be a good game.
@@rossrobson91 yeah, AO tennis had a very nice career mode, editing mode for players and venues (I made nearly 100 "realistic" venues) and looked like a game for ages BUT the gameplay was so so very weak and boring.. it's been 3 games (AO, AO 2 and this one) and I still can see the same gameplay with clunky animations and some weird ball physics..

Graphic looks sketchy, the lounging for the ball during gameplay looks awkward and I hate that all the players basically have black grips on their racquets when most pros either have a white over grip or tourna grips on their racquets. Small detail but it matters to me 😂

this game is so far away from being ready, yeah the players look decent, but the gameplay is garbage... that's why so much of the trailer is just about the visuals of players. The 'stretch' shot that is played often here is so so ugly, like at 00:51... 00:56 is a cricket/hockey shot!
It will never have the same animations as Top Spin no matter how long they work on the game. But that doesn’t mean it can’t be a good tennis game.

After what these developers did with tennis world tour and AO tennis you can expect a shocking game, an official video game of a sport should be made by a big developer such as 2K or EA, sure they’re filled with micro transactions but at least you get your moneys worth for quality.

And here all the hope in those 4 idiots who thought this game had any good in it goes away HAHAH, clunky broken animations, 120 useless 3D puppets with the same animations except for 1FH/1BH which triggers sometimes, and the game launches in August so there’s not even time to fix the core gameplay which is diarrhea, I know that in 2024 people can’t fking make videogames anymore, but it should be QUALITY OVER QUANTITY, like 10/15 years ago (except some software houses which still go strong) not this Ubisoft shit.
