One Sick Lie - Drained of Beauty

One Sick Lie was a band without a face... they had all of the talent in the world, but no meal ticket. I posted an ad on WNYMusic and Mike replied to it in record time, telling me that his band needed a miracle.
The band was beautiful. Our drummer Jason was absolutely phenomenal. My rhythm guitarist, Jay, was perfect for my writing style. Sean was a monster on the bass, and Sweitzer and Mike quickly became my best friends. Within 2 weeks, we had 4 killer songs. Our first single was "And Nothing Was Ever Right", followed by such smash hits as "Worm" and "Pushed Away". This band was my first absolute taste of stardom.
The break up was very rough. After our worst show ever, the band had some major disputes. Jason fell unmotivated, and Mike and I began to clash. The band had no better choice than to break up. Through thick and thin, OSL will remain legendary in the eyes of Buffalo for years to come. Our demo is still circulating too, from what I hear.
