Of course server ping counts, but, i currently have a ryzen 5 5600 and still on a 1050 ti, and i am planing on buying this RTX 4060 ti! One thing is, that no metter what, low end pc builds i have always had an impression that i have more delay than others. Proof is that these guys you matched up against are simply "oblivious". Looks like you are looking awaaaaaaaaay ahead of then in frames. Have always had low end entry level builds and always had that impression. Do you think it is true? I got a good ISP and a good router (tplink ax 72 currently all set up and optimized) and i have flawless connection with no lag and no delay. But when it comes about rendering and showing frames, i think i have a step back compared to others. I always face guys that looks like they are way ahead of me in delay. Must be about hardware, because they are legit players. They don't do astronomical moves. They play as i play. Calm. Not flicking much. Not locking much. Do you think that mid to high end PC specs are the key to have a successfull gameplay without the annoyence of delay/lag?

Man, Counter-Strike has always been a game where hardware really matters-whether it’s your GPU, CPU, monitor refresh rate, your config, or whatever. I’m currently playing on a 280Hz monitor, so when I jump on my brother’s computer with a 60Hz monitor, it feels like I’m playing Minecraft because the game is just so slow. That’s a fact. Hardware = Skill.

I think you maybe running on bad 1%low. your fps may be 144 for example but if your 1%lows are bad then your gameplay looks good but it feels wrong (even feels more wrong on these high refresh kind of games). try looking at your 1%lows.
Also verify if is the only game that feels like that (but in the same "game category") Aim labs, Valorant... If you running on same scenario then you'll know it's the hardware kind, should be your peripherals, gpu, cpu... even a wrong configuration, for example: if you playing on a high polling rate mouse then that stutter your gameplay for a millisecond when you move quick your camera so lowering PR maybe solve the problem, also try Fullscreen for me rocketleague feels smoother in Fullscreen than windowed-borderless c:
But yeah, as the other guy said. Hardware = less latency. Even our video editor feels 144hz on premiere smother :p
