Bro frankly speaking there is hardly any difference between 2 as one of my friend is using scout x and i don't find much differencePlease don't expect much as when light from front vehicle come you will feel like you haven't installed them

Bro all depends on your budget because now i have installed both scout for flood light and hjg 60 watt for spot beam and my requirement is fulfilled.
