Thank you for your insight. Pile 4. I have moved internationally and have struggled with where home is. My new husband and I have built a home and are in a new beginning. I also have chosen to move within my inner child/happiness to reduce stress and external distractions. I want to manifest a peaceful,happy, loving environment moving forward. Hi, so this is unrelated to this pick a card (I was the carnelian flame, though--great reading!) but I was wondering how your writing was going? I subscribed to your writing channel, but it looks like it's been a while since you've posted anything. This isn't to pressure you or demand anything of you, btw. I am a writer too, and I know how it is to get overwhelmed with projects. Haha I get so overwhelmed that I'll stop writing for a good while. #2. This. It’s what I’ve said for years … what is the negative energy that has followed me for decades … how do I find out what it is or where it’s from ??? This isn’t days or weeks; it’s decades. What is it?
You don't need to know where or why. It's a frequency that you are holding in a lower vibration by no fault of your own. The Negative Energy can easily be drawn in to you more so, it's momentum (like all things in life) that keeps us stuck in it. Thoughts, situations, world collective consciousness. You must do the work to remove yourself from it and it can't live or be around positive energy. I can suggest to start with Gratitude. For you I'd say morning and night. Morning pick 3 things you are grateful for, no matter how small (or big)...from a pleasant cup of coffee to the running water that some in the world don't have. Whatever it is and feel it in your heart be thankful for it. Everyday something different to keep it new and growing. Night - before bed no matter what the day was like pick something you were happy with...no matter how small and focus on the Gratitude of it. This will slowly raise your frequency.
You will find more good things entering your life. You are strong and powerful and it's an illusion to think otherwise. No matter what the situation (believe me I know first hand).
It takes work and determination but as your vibrational frequency rises it becomes easier. Also be mindful to the energy that surrounds you and affects you. There is a lot more but it's a start. This is what I offer as a suggestion and hope it resonated and was helpful. The rest is up to you. Be well and blessings 😊🦋
