perhaps this has been suggested in the previous comments but just in case....
for adhesive backed card stock i use a metal shim on the 'other side' of the die. i do plate, paper, die, metal shim, plate. i know people who cut with the paper on top, in which case, just flip over the sandwich.
i also run it through twice, just for luck! lol
depending on how well loved my plates are, i put the die toward the side of the plate. there seems to be more pressure on the side. not sure why.
well i hope you have luck finding a system that works for you!

so pretty 💜 my favourite day time winter sky colour combo is (starting at the horizon) scattered straw, spun sugar and, with some almost white in between, tumbled glass or broken china.

So pretty. I really love that die star. The phrases are perfect. Maybe just omit the black soot for a day sky? I had the same issue with stuff not fully cutting. I just added a piece of heavy weight CS. Hope it helps. Take care ❤️

Super pretty! I just discovered your channel over the weekend, and have enjoyed watching the videos from last year's Christmas in July series as well. (Nice job with the boat ticket too - it made me smile, remembering crafting when my kids were small)

You could try waxed paper on top of the did and see if that helps

to help with cutting out the top layer, you might add a shim of cardstock to make it a little tighter when running through the die cutting machine. That might help...and don't run back and forth in the same place, you machine might have a spot that prevents you from cutting out the same way/rotate the die...some people like to cut upside down and on the ends of the plates....just some thoughts

Beautiful card! Pretty background…i like making my own too. The schoolhouse red cardstock is a great pop of color! I have naturally curly hair too, like 3b curls. I wear it up most of the time. I’m not into straightening🤣 I’m looking forward to the next video in the series.

So pretty! I liked the gold star with the pieces left in! Either way, love it! Great idea for gluing the vellum. Colors for a day time winter scene I would pick are light blue, white, light grey.

I enjoy your videos. This card is very pretty, keep up the good work. You will find that your beautiful card will still fit in the #10 envelope even with the little overhang. The business size envelope is over 4” wide and your card is only 31/2. Thank you for sharing your creativity with us

I’m enjoying your Christmas series! For your dies, have you considered twisting them on your plate, moving them to different places on your plate or replacing your plates? All of those seem to help me. And maybe all you need is a shim. , I know a shim does really help, even if it’s just a another piece of card stock. I hope this helps because nothing could be more frustrating than a die that doesn’t want to cut correctly. Thanks again for your videos!

With the trouble you seem to have die cutting, have you ever used a precision plate?

You could do some simple pine tree shapes on craft with different shade of green inks, all in a nice row with a simple one line greeting

Wow! I could never come up w/ 200+ ideas for cards! I have this thing about someone comparing cards and knowing it’s not unique. I have to make them all different. Oh the pressure! It’s time to start Xmas cards again. I do love it tho! Thank goodness i only do 30-40 cards.
