(be aware from late december to early feb it is much more busy since summer school holidays are on. -activities : visit the opera house and harbour bridge, lunar park, taronga zoo, glebe markets, george st, botanical gardens, queen victoria buildings, blue mountains (not in sydney but just a 1 hour trainride to see the 3 sisters and visit scenic world, BEACHES (must visit) i recommend manly, coogee, bondi (can be busy). - things to try : vegemite, timtams, fish and chips, fairy bread.
