    If you build a wind break for the oven, it works well in windy weather.

    I didnt understand the tip for the chimney: should I leave it open for better airflow or close it ?

    You don’t replace the door whilst cooking the pizza?

      You do replace the door while cooking. If not, the temperature drops and the draft pushes the flames out the back.
