Are you fit for the Master’s service?
Genesis 6:5-7
The question needs to be asked, why was God sorry that He made man in this scripture? The answer is that because the intents of mans’ hearts were continually wicked.
When God created us, He created us for His glory, for His pleasure and honour. He created us so that we could fulfill His purpose in the earth.
When God looked at how man missed the mark, even though they knew Him to be God, they lived after the lust of the flesh and the pride of life.
Everybody needs to ask the question, when God looks at us what does He think and feel? When He looks at us does He have regrets or does He say that we are His beloved children with whom He is well pleased?
