    All those sweet potato vines would make excellent green manure applied to the soil after harvest, do that every year and yields would increase with less fertilizer and more water savings because of the high organic matter…. Looks like nice big roots there.

    How much production a farmer get from an acre land?

      The average for California farmers in 2020 was 18 tons per acre, or 36,000 pounds. I hope that helps.
