Yes in fresh start worlds the prices are different because the economy was from scratch, but every million you made you could trade it for gp in the main game and at a higher rate.

I always used a clan mate to move it but still swaps in w423 is completely trustworthy. Only a month or two of FSW left though before it merges with the main game.
There's less cash in fsw so everything was cheaper at the start, as more money comes in to it then prices go up including bonds. People sell bonds for the same reason, just easy money/advantage.
Still swap is always in w423 and is someone you can trade with safely or you can advertise yourself and get a better rate. Just be careful, there's still the odd scammer around. Or you can buy items and then move your account to 07.

Its a seperate profile that has different game servers like if it was Runescape minus all items

You don't have to collect your GE sales at the GE, you can do it from any bank, which is faster if you're on a timetable

Fresh start worlds was a temporary game mode, it was essentially the normal game but the whole economy was reset.
it doesn't make any sense to sell "armadyl godsword for 60mil"
Everything was overpriced in fsw and I sold it to a clan mate for cheaper than normal, its just what we did.
