I know im very late to respond, but none of the Hunder cards activate in hand to trigger Colossus. They're all on field. In the future we will get Otonari hunder which does SS from hand, meaning then they can include Colossus. It will also be difficult as Cation locks you into Light XYZ, and to trigger Otonari you need to have an established board which Cation usually is a part of.
