I have mad respect for anyone playing Jamie. He is, to me, the most fun character to play. I basically main him and Rashid. Due to the drinks mech sometimes its challenging against stronger players but still fun. I hope Aki is the same way.
with introduction of MR, reaching masters if you are not good with reactions is only going to reduce points. that's the reason I stopped playing cammy after D3 cuz I know I'll lose MR quick. now i'm playing every character and trying to get them to mid plat at least. game is so much fun now to me xD
you always wanna do dp or bakkai (L gives you oki and safejumps) instead of palm unless you are in the corner and want to drink (OD). Double palm also scales badly when doing your non critical art lvl 3.
Would you say playing other characters than our main at a decent level (true mid plat I'd say, not those gimmicky silver looking plat ranked) can help better understanding of the matchup with our main?
No so hard to get master rank. Every good players are master only noobs playing diamnond. I play ps5 i starrt marisa Modern. 3 hours i was master rank.
