- In this video I show how to install and use the "Flip Down Roller Edge Guide" from Leather Machine Co. In this video I am installing it on a Class 26 but they sell it with different mounting hardware to fit the Class 3, 4, 18, 20, and 26. It comes with both a flat guide as well as a roller. I prefer the flat, so that is what I demonstrate in the video.
Here is my current class schedule:

Perfect demonstration. I've had the roller guide for a while, but couldn't see how to put it on. Y'all solved my problem :)
I got mine last week. The bracket looks different?

I’ve been wanting a Cobra Class 3 sewing machine to make holsters, but I mostly make wallets now, and the occasional bag. And I wouldn’t see my using anything past a 138 or 207 thread, so I’ve considered the Class 26. My question is, would this model sew through two, maybe 3 lays of 7-8oz veg-tan leather?
It's stats say that it'll sew from 3 oz to 15 oz, so probably not, as 3 layers of 8 oz would be a total of 24 oz. Hope that helps.
Where can I get one of these ? How much are they? thank you sincerely deb bushee
They sell them on the leathermachineco website.
Will it fit consew 206rb?
Can you adjust seam allowance with the guide?
The bolt head on the far right side adjusts the seam allowance (distance between edge guide and the stitching assembly).
Goodnight
