I’m so glad you liked it! I’ve incorporated that format into a few videos now, and I really enjoy doing it. I like it from an ASMR perspective, but practically it’s also really nice to be able to go into a long scripted explanation for something without having to sweat actually memorizing it all.

The beginning with the explaining and the pen sent me to tingle heaven!!! My first memories of asmr was of learning and listening, even sometimes watching airplane workers explain safety plans get me 😂
JB upload day is always my favorite day 😄 Also, the research you put into this video is impressive and makes it so much more immersive! I’ve seen so many cranial nerve videos but never one that actually explained what cranial nerves were. This video taught me something and that is so cool!!!

Haha, thank you! Every once in a while I'll realize I accidentally incorporated a green prop or costume item in front of the green screen, and I have to make a quick decision as to whether to stop filming or just make it part of the scenario.
I’m sure there’s probably gonna be people responding to this comment who’re gonna be like “How on earth could you possibly not know that this was a real thing.” but ah well. I can’t believe that there actually really is such a thing as a cranial nerve. Until JB showed the chart that had all the nerves on it that showed the cranial nerve, and said what all the cranial nerve controlled, I always thought the cranial nerve was something the ASMR people dreamed up to have something to make videos about. Mind. Blown. 🤯

I love the way you do olfactory. The guided breathing and telling the scent in advance so we can imagine it is a wonderful approach.

I actually put time into learning about them way back in pre-nursing school, so it's nice to be able to use that knowledge in these videos!
