The Studio is unlike any other fitness program you will find anywhere online or in person. At The Studio, our emphasis is not on what our bodies look like, but rather, an appreciation for what these miraculous things do for us. Our focus is on "big picture purpose" like being able to ride bikes with our grandchildren, dancing until we take our last breath, release from stress and depression, and keeping our brains sharp and our bodies strong for as long as we live. We offer a variety of classes including dance fitness, HIIT style workouts, yoga, mind-shifting experiences and more.

Love the look of the studio! Always clean and organized. ll the small details bring everything together! From the inspiring words on the wall, to the inspirational moguls on the shower curtains! The neon glow signs give it that POP! Its also so fun seeing yourself and other instructors work out on the tv screens! Perfect place to shop, workout, & refresh after your workout! Thanks for providing everything we need before & after a workout! No one does it better!
