Jeffrey Henderson | Shamal Tandem | Compressor Beast 50 CFM+ | Tumbling Results & Protection Part 2

Hi Everyone,
Welcome back to my RUclips channel. Around seven weeks ago I uploaded the start of this new project. Due to issues discussed in the video, I had to make this video twice, which was not easy. I nearly had to undo the work, which is near impossible to create the video again.
This video is a follow on from the tumbling process, where it demonstrates the results of the entire process using my custom tumbler.
In the video I also demonstrate the removal of the media that was placed into the vessel during part 1. I then proceed to run multiple washes to the inside face of the vessel using kerosene. Once this task was completed, I treated the vessel to form a protective barrier to prevent any further corrosion in the future, using a modified fire extinguisher loaded with hot Waxoyl.
Now that I have covered this entire process has been covered, the next video will focus on mounting of the bigger pumps and the bigger motors to the platforms. I will also need to reroute new supply lines from both pumps to the vessel.
Also, in part 3, I will select the vee pulleys for opium performance, leading to the fitment of the four pulleys. The selection of vee belts, the new drain valve, the non-return valves/check valves and the new pressure switch will all be considered and fitted. By this stage, the compressor will be ready for testing. So, let’s hope the vessel filling time is halved.
To finish the project off a final part 4 will follow, where I will create a custom stainless-steel guard for this custom set-up, where I will more than likely be using my custom high powered wire frame welder project to weld it together.

For the little individual who has no clue commenting under this video. The motors are 5.5hp and not 3hp. The pumps are FINI 25CFM 2 stage pumps, not 12CFM as your terrible comment stated. Thanks for your useless lack of knowledge. Open your eyes and ears in the future or maybe go to a library? Criticising my work over your own envious behaviour.

​@@MarkBurton-tk8dyspewing on useless infomation in broken English about how he knows this and that with their valuable experience! He stated my pumps are only 12CFM and the motors 3HP. Doche. Clearly just an attack by some jealous head, or they clearly dont understand what i've done here. Like I laid it all out on a table in both videos. But he thinks I removed both single stage 15CFM pumps to replace them with those much larger 2 stage FINI pumps which are now only 12CFM. Awh, whatever tickles his winkle.
