In old books it says that a PFM crown needs at least 1.5mm thickness of preparation, but I am amazed how a good technician can make a 0.6-0.7mm occlusal thickness crown when need arises and it still looks amazing.
very perfect cuts and reduction. it's such an art
Quality work

I work as Dental Technician, and we just need enough space to get contact with the antagonist.
We need about 1mm space to the antagonist for metal+ceramics.
Hirsi3255, saludos, sir, you work as a dental tec??? or are you a dental technician??? there's a difference you know!!! there's a lot of studies to do, and then years of practice, perhaps a lifetime before i can say I'm a dental technician. and be proud... oh!!! and retirement is out of the question. you have to work as a d.tec, till death do us apart. ja ja just a joke!!!...
