I went to the cafe "G-Sen" located along the Ikuta River near Shin-Osaka Station in Kobe. This is a long-established Western confectionery and cafe founded in 1952. When the cafe first opened, it attracted locals because of its modern design. The atmosphere of the cafe makes you feel refreshed. Cakes made with carefully selected ingredients and unique specialty waffles. And with home-roasted coffee, it's still a great cafe with no flaws.
