Some asmr ear cleaning videos sound kind of like a plastic bag inside your ear but yours always sounds SO real. If my headphone volume is high enough, I can feel the vibrations and it makes it even more realistic.

Also, thank you for not repeating all I say. My dream asmr is that is so realistic the asmr acts EXACTLY like a person would (not describing what they are doing, not repeating what we say, details like that). You do it GREAT!!!
well, sometimes doctors do describe what they are going to do, so patients won't get scared and mess up
