    This guy is so annoying. A lot of criminals act like him nowadays (and worse). The entitlement and childish behavior is off the charts now. So many cities have neutered their cops to be "more friendly" to criminals after they've been arrested, and criminals are exploiting it, It's disgusting. Cops have to act like babysitters to a lot of criminals now

    Mike great spike idea, but here in states you would have to do it automatically for every stop, or it would be a lawsuit saying your profiling. I think the female passanger was starting her lawsuit when she asked why they were laughing at her, and if they thought it was funny she could have died.

      Did you pay attention in health class? Water will keep you from dehydrating but it's not going to change the alcohol levels in your bloodstream, nothing will except for giving your body time.
      I don't think he's doing this intentionally, but the longer he stalls, the lower his BAC level will be when they get to jail.

      @@JAB2010 No, it's in your blood stream. Alcohol doesn't get processed until it reaches the liver. It takes about an hour on average for your liver to process 1 single drink. Nothing else you do will change that.
      Drinking water and eating will make you feel and act less drunk, but a breathalyzer and blood test will show the exact same #'s regardless of what you do.

  • @OverlordIcy
    @OverlordIcy 3 месяца назад

    Bro... Really? You ever heard of people SLAMMING on their brakes? Or Brake Checking you? or even just the car in front of you swerving like crazy? There's PLENTY of reasons that a car in front of you could AND SHOULD concern you, WITHOUT you being too close to them. That was just complete disregard just because you know the outcome of the video ahead of time. I'm not defending the driver in the video, condoning what he did nor do I necessarily believe what he said to the cop was actually true, but what he said is completely plausible. Your responses to it were just like, if I said to you what he said to the cop while I'm completely sober, your response would be "Well don't ride their backside and you won't feel uncomfortable about the car in front of you." Even when I'm three plus car lengths away from them. Ridiculous, one sided and one minded response.

    • @OverlordIcy
      @OverlordIcy 3 месяца назад

      To be clear, I'm ONLY referring to the part that the guy said about the car in front of him making him feel uncomfortable and potentially unsafe. He sounds intoxicated, yes, but if someone sober were to say that while driving safely, would you honestly have the same exact response you did in your video? You can't tell me you've NEVER had a vehicle in front of you make you feel uncomfortable even though you were driving safely and following at a safe distance.

    Some states don't require a field test...some only offer a misdemeanor if you refuse. It is a state by state test, not a FED requirement. Same with the drinking age. The feds say 21 but it is NOT a state requirement, also speed limits and there are several other "laws" that are state issued only regardless of the fed's request.
    In some states children can drink publicly if their caregivers are the one that gives it to them. The waiter can't but the parents can. Other states have 2am limit and others have a 3am or a 24/7 limit. The feds can only pull funding and not dictate the law.

    • @jacket5456
      @jacket5456 3 месяца назад

      In my state, South Carolina, you aren't required to do Fields. However, if you're asked to do a breathalyzer, blood test or any other chemical test then you have to. Refusing a chemical test will get you arrested. I thought that was a fun fact, and I like it. Fields are a bit archaic compared to chemical tests. Also, South Carolina REALLY needs that law. I appreciate that requirement, I see people swerving between lanes nearly everyday where I live. I figure, catch them before they kill someone.

    6:13 Technically, that officer wouldn’t be able to “do it regardless” because that’s unconstitutional. The driver could’ve just refused but due to implied consent laws he would’ve went to jail that night for refusal. But he stood a better chance to beat the overall case doing that then what he ended up doing smh.
