Dear Byron and Tammy, thank you for another amazing guide. I really appreciate all the effort you must put into creating such spectacular guides - thanks again!
What a great trip guys! Loved it! We have driven through the Namaqua National Park a couple of times and even out of flower season this is a stunning sight! We both grown up in Namaqualand and it's always nice to see how others enjoy this special place. Oh, Oorlogskloof ... we have done that hiking trip last year ... it was quite a hike!
How wonderful! We are so grateful so have experienced it for the first time and are already very eager to head out once again (as I can imagine you'd understand!) Thank you for the message 🥰
Wow, that looks like heaven on earth, amazing footage. That new camera really has sharp resolution, puts my Go Pro Hero 9 to shame. Just found your channel and a big fat sub from me. Keep up the good work. 🙂
I'm only watching this video now, I'm so disappointed that I couldn't get the first like and comment. This video is an amazingly different video from your travel vlogs, but absolutely incredible. I can see how much you guys put into this!!!! ps. Have y'all started playing Ingress yet?
Thanks guys! Most informative. Beautiful flowers and then at 25 min mark that evil dirty chemtrail makes an appearance Barium, strontium aluminium anyone?? Spraying us like bugs
I just randomly came across your channel. It's so hard to find good vlogs on South Africa, but this channel looks very promising. I really like this format. You're promoting tourism, but at the same time you're including problems that a regular traveler might encounter. Locked gates, rude customer service, getting lost, bad decisions, disappointing stops, having to change your itinerary. These things are a huge part of travel, which are often left out of other vlogs. I have a short attention span, so normally I can't sit through a 30 minute video without having to skip over things, but I was some how able to sit through your entire video on flower country. I loved your commentary. It was very informative, engaging and suspenseful. I love that you shared stories and facts about each stop. This is something that's really lacking from other vloggers. And I also think it helps that you both perfect presenter voices. Your wife's voice especially is very gentle and soothing. :) Only thing is, I wanted to watch them in order, and it looks like they got a little mixed up in your Playlists. I think it would be better if you put shorter side vlogs like "We Got Engaged", "Life Before Covid" in a separate playlist, and kept the 64 Day Road trip chronologically in a separate playlist. Or at least label the parts, because I'm a bit lost on which to watch next, but I'll figure it out ;)
What a wonderful message! Thank you so much Brian, that really means a lot to us. Sometimes, as you know, it's not always picture perfect and we do (and always will) endeavour to be as honest as possible. It's very exciting to have you notice and appreciate this. Thank you. As for our playlists, yes, haha, we know. We have been through quite a few iterations of playlist structuring and are yet to settle on the optimal version - so thank you for your input and insight!
Guys this is epic. So comprehensive and perfect for making plans to head up that way!
