This is the second video Ive watched back to back explaining the same BFL. I swear when I was young they used to teach the opposite and I’ve been trying to diagnose my swing and telling my friends the old “laws”. The theory WAS that the speed of the swing along the path would dictate the ball flight initially until the spin from the face angle took over and influenced the flight. No wonder I’m still a bad golfer.
Excellent demonstration, would love for you too do one for Lefty's. I know it's just reversed but would love to have a visual to follow along with. Thanks.
Enjoyed the display. Sorry but one Major error it’s club face at impact that bends it . A straight club-face means ball will travel straight regardless of swing path. Swing path sends it directionally. It’s side spine from the club face angle that bends it.
Counterclockwise spin? Really? Please show a high speed video of any type of “side” spin produced by a normal golf shot. There’s no such thing as SIDESPIN! There is only back spin! A putter can produce over spin but no other club produces anything but BACKSPIN. Ball curvature comes from the horizontal spin axis of the ball being “tilted” away from horizontal.
Immensely helpful for understanding what I’m doing to produce the ridiculous slice I have. Thank you so much!
Fantastic explanation. One of the best I’ve seen and heard. Thank you!
Club face sends it club path bends it love that! Thanks for the demonstration.
Would you hit toe of club for fade ,and heel for draw?.

Very helpful and informative illustration, thank you
Club face sends it, Swing path bends it- That's nice
Terrific explanation on how the ball curvature bends basis club face and swing path. Really useful indeed!
This was a very good explanation of the ball flight laws. Thank you.
Fantastic video! One of the best out there that helps visualize the swing path to club face relationship!
brilliant explanation ,wished id seen it 30 years ago .LOL
Fantastic video! Thank you so much. The best video out there for understanding path and face path🙌🏼
An expertise and excellent explanation! Congratulations
Very nice visualisation, cheers mate.. When I clicked it I thought it was a lockdown video, then spotted the date
Great video bud simplified new ball flight laws tremendously 🤙🏽
I have,t seen anything close to your explanation . Thank you so much . I,m A visual learner, the tabletop setup was great ! !
Excellent presentation. Much appreciated.
Very nice description of face and path. Well done!
Very very helpful. Was struggling with this for a while
Your the best! Great explanation!
Excellent visualization thank you
Great explanation!! This proper intell could have saved me years of WTF moments. It is exactly the opposite of what we were taught for years
Thank you for this information! I'm thrilled to learn this in a visual manner so I'm sharing this everywhere
Brilliant explanation!

watch it with a mirror
This is gold! If only I could control my swing path more 😅
Great video and excellent explanation!
I admire your dedication in breaking your driver to make this video :)
Great lesson no mickie!🙏
Visually great explanation
Good Video Mate
Q: How do I eliminate my Slice?
A: Learn to stay in balance at impact and hit a Draw. 😂
Why not just liken it to ping-pong? Virtually everyone understands swing path trajectory and spin in that context.
What’s ping pong?

Now I get it -- thx.
VEry good!!
thank you !
What are you going on about man ??????
I know this is what they teach now because of trackman but watching it is completely different. I don’t think this is correct tbh.
Problem with your thinking is that a loft surface cannot hit the centerline equator of a golf ball. Fact
Are you serious???????? tomorrow we learn the alphabet
You were not born knowing the alphabet

Interesting. Where can I read more about this, please?
@@Vee-Hive ok, so it's not exactly sidespin, but there is a slight or great change of spin, like the earth's axis, or a spintop
