I'm 72 years young and i have had that childbirth loose tummy skin and never heard another woman say she had it. Thank you for sharing. I think it's great because my first baby stretched it out when I was 19 years old. Proof that I had her. I love your videos and your baby is so much fun to watch as well. Thanks, Amy!
Thanks again Ami for the great pizza idea. If you want to spare some room in your freezer, stuff the spinach into a plastic bag, squishing it right down and even flatten the bag out then tie shut. Even break the spinach up while frozen and in the bag and it takes up even less space but still super good in recipes. I'll see if I can find your cheese recipe

Before becoming a Whole Food Plant Based eater, I had a gastric bypass to lose a huge amount of weight. Eating plants has kept the weight off 👍. I have lots of loose, baggy skin (yours is tiny in comparison Ami) but I don’t care. Just glad to finally be me - free of the fat !
