When Toyotas Attack

A couple of recent incidents that happen to be Toyotas causing me problems.
First is I came up to make a right on red but noticed the oncoming had an advanced green arrow. I waited for my side's light to turn green but a Camry ran the expired arrow. I waited for it to clear before going, but I didn't notice another Camry behind it had ran the arrow to. I had to slam on the brakes for her.
The second incident was a RAV4 had it's signal on to exit and got in the exit lane. I changed lanes and just as I got in the lane the RAV4 next to me decided they didn't want that exit. Almost driving into me. I tried to honk but my hand slipped off the wheel, so I gave them a half arsed single meep. The RAV4 ended up getting behind me after driving over the bull noose.
