My husband and some of his friends (all straight) are very fashionable. They don’t dress feminine like how some do with the necklaces, but they are very good with fashion. They are Nigerian and are not shy with patterns and colors.
I love that the GayBC Alphabet community is so prominent now that a man can’t like pink and be clean without being thought of as a lil sus lmao 🤣. Jesus idk if that’s a win for Gay or a loss for Straight 😌. Just love life and enjoy what you do.
It's interesting hearing Amala talk about stars of today not being as masculine when the men she mentions are straighter than many of the heartthrobs of old Hollywood.
I don't get what's the deal with people saying "all of a sudden in modern society" more feminine men are popular, which isn't true. Did y'all forget what Leonardo DiCaprio looked like when he was considered a heartthrob? Hanson, Roger Taylor, even the Beatles, etc. so many women naturally like more feminine men lmfao.
As far as I can tell, I'm straight, but I had a gay friend who eventually repudiated me for refusing to acknowledge my gayness. On the other hand, I've heard from several people I have a female animus. I can buy that, because I got sucked into the Sensitive New Age Guy (SNAG) movement of the 1970s and it took me decades to unphuque myself from that. What's funny, and what Douglas Murray pointed out in the Madness of Crowds, is the insistence that anyone who comes out as gay has arrived at their authentic self, but the occasional gay-to-straight or gay-to-bi conversion is considered a pathology. Sorry guys, but homosexuality is almost certainly NOT hardware (genetic), but it may be firmware (developmental), which means you could go either way. One of my other gay friends puts this in perspective. He said "Gillian Anderson would turn me into a rug muncher in five seconds."
I remember when i was like 12 my father went to my school to do some work for the school album, and a girl in my class saw him and said “that man is either gay or he is a cinematographer” and i was like “why” and she said “ idk, the clothes the way he moves delicately, is like gay or an artist or something” and i said “well you are not so far, that is my dad and he is not gay bit he is a photographer” so i think there is certain grace that gay man display more often, the same kind of energy you find in artists.
Making me think I look gay bc I have good skincare and my features are strong. A girl actually thought I was wearing makeup once because my cheekbones are so prominent.
20:04 um... as a millennial, did you forget about Emo guys? Dude, when I was in school, girls were going wild for guys writing poetry, with side bangs and eyeliner, sometimes wearing skirts, and guys who look like Ville Valo, what in a world are you talking about?? Its not a "millennial" thing, probably just a circle you were in.

Gaydar is bs imo, because a lot of gay men I know insist many "straight" men can be gay when they are insistent. Also a lot of ppl assume I'm a lesbian when I very viscerally love men. Doesn't make sense yet also does not matter to me.
I thought my partner was gay and lying to himself about being bi when I saw his tinder profile 😂 Then I added him on Snapchat and he was totally different lol
What would be interesting is seeing this with straight/gay identifying women. XD I feel like I'd be perceived as gay because of some of my outfits, despite not being so. XD
Raymond Burr aka Perry Mason. There was a time period where baby boys were always dressed in pink. My daughter worked with a couple of gay guys a long time ago and they didn't dress any better than any other male.
I thought my ex was gay when I 1st met him, but he definitely isn't. A boyfriend I had once too I thought the same and I was wrong. Both from California 🤣
In the late 90’s guys wore lots of jewelry, painted their nails, piercings, frosted their hair, etc. it’s just coming back around. I think mostly teenage girls and early 20’s were attracted to these types.
The hardest part about this is that there’s so many manly men that are having sex with other men in secret or have attraction to other men but don’t admit it to anyone or even themselves there’s a lot more than people realize and those are the ones that are especially hard to tell
Okay, so, right around that 7-7:15 minute marker, Kamala forgot to add he can be dressed by spouse (or, if young enough, mom). So style is dicey to chalk on one side or the other. Colors too, it was already happening some 15 years ago where strait guys started shouting “real men wear pink!” For me and my gaydar, its a vibe, it's a feeling I only get in person I think. Sometimes you just know by paying attention to small details, such as with that lingering gaze, or the voice change when someone they are attracted to comes along.
It was a joke, mate. But, seriously, whether you take in info via intuition (spirit) or cues (logic) is just a preference for listening to yourself. Pity the fool with neither.
It's definitely getting harder to tell. I mean there are still the obvious ones, but then there's that whole queer and non binary community that make everything a challenge
It might be because I was born and raised in the country with a traditional father and older brother but I’m gay and everyone assumes I’m straight. It’s a double edged sword because I like “flying under the radar” and not having my business out there but It makes it hard to meet guys in public. 😅
There needs to be a lesbian edition! Butches are the stereotype, but as a straight-passing femme attracted to other femmes, there are a lot of ladies that fly under the radar so I think it would be fun to watch! And I could learn about any lesbian "signs" I might have missed in my own experiences 😆
I can tell pretty easily. Body language doesnt deceive. Then theres the tone of voice. Exercising body language in conjunction with tone of voice and i can conclude fairly easy.

It's interesting hearing Amala talk about stars of today not being as masculine when the men she mentions are straighter than many of the heartthrobs of old Hollywood.
it’s almost like how far they hold their chin out is how high they are on the raydar lol
I love the intro music these days since you left PragerU, it's so danceable, I listen to the whole intro!
A girl actually thought I was wearing makeup once because my cheekbones are so prominent.
this comment with your pfp is hilarious
All of Amala's outfits are so lovely!
That was really fun! My score was awful..but 🤷🏻♀️ But fun to play! 😊
Fun show. Thanks yall.
Gay man here, I have shit gaydar. I didn’t think my husband was gay when we met. Some people clock me right away, others still question me.
I only got half of them right! My gaydar isn’t what it used to be. Fem men give me the ick. I like manly men.
Are you single?
@@LiamColeman-Halla-yq2jl yup
20:04 um... as a millennial, did you forget about Emo guys? Dude, when I was in school, girls were going wild for guys writing poetry, with side bangs and eyeliner, sometimes wearing skirts, and guys who look like Ville Valo, what in a world are you talking about?? Its not a "millennial" thing, probably just a circle you were in.
Andrew's outfit reminds me of that little kid from kindergarten cop. "mr kimble,mr kimble, i need to go to the bathroom but i cant get these things off"
Are you single?
I'm with you amala, I got 14 correct and 6 incorrect
Fun show tonight. Got 17 out of 20 correct!
Boom baby 😆
Missed opportunity to use the "So who is gae??" meme 😅
I got 3 wrong. Amala got those 3 right tho. As far as Andrew, the dude with the flannel, I knew as soon as I looked at him. It was all in the face. I had no doubts.
Gaydar is bs imo, because a lot of gay men I know insist many "straight" men can be gay when they are insistent.
Also a lot of ppl assume I'm a lesbian when I very viscerally love men.
Doesn't make sense yet also does not matter to me.
I thought my partner was gay and lying to himself about being bi when I saw his tinder profile 😂
Then I added him on Snapchat and he was totally different lol
I love how excited she is 😂
What would be interesting is seeing this with straight/gay identifying women. XD I feel like I'd be perceived as gay because of some of my outfits, despite not being so. XD
This video without context would be so funny 😆
Ok I like masculine men and only got 11 of these right. 😂😂😂 I guessed a lot of people gay that were straight.
Raymond Burr aka Perry Mason. There was a time period where baby boys were always dressed in pink. My daughter worked with a couple of gay guys a long time ago and they didn't dress any better than any other male.
Bread! Amala, you and my husband are one in the same. I love it.😂
I thought my ex was gay when I 1st met him, but he definitely isn't. A boyfriend I had once too I thought the same and I was wrong. Both from California 🤣
That's funny...I was thinking the one guy looked chipper, just before Amala said he looks chipper!
Also, I got 12/20. Not bad!
7:02 “he’s gay look at him 🤨” is one of my favourite amala lines ever 😭😭😭😭😭
31:32 😭 Not me being gay and dressing like him😂 I'm straight now😅
In the late 90’s guys wore lots of jewelry, painted their nails, piercings, frosted their hair, etc. it’s just coming back around. I think mostly teenage girls and early 20’s were attracted to these types.
They call it a personality a personal collection of experiences molding an individual.
The hardest part about this is that there’s so many manly men that are having sex with other men in secret or have attraction to other men but don’t admit it to anyone or even themselves there’s a lot more than people realize and those are the ones that are especially hard to tell
Amala you are soooo freaking hilarious🤣🤣🤣🤣 had me over here screaming in laughter 🤣🫶🏻🤘🏻
Dave Ruben throws us all off 😂
Amala you crushed it! 14! I got 15 but I'm a gay man so I think I have a slight advantage lol.
This video is hilarious 🤣 You guys are the best!!

Fry's not been looking so good since Futurama ended...
Everywhere I go these days, most young guys appear to display my old school stereotypical ideas of gayness.
In the beginning where the three introduce thenselve, you can tell by how they hold their hands in the front and act all cutesy
Okay, so, right around that 7-7:15 minute marker, Kamala forgot to add he can be dressed by spouse (or, if young enough, mom). So style is dicey to chalk on one side or the other. Colors too, it was already happening some 15 years ago where strait guys started shouting “real men wear pink!”
For me and my gaydar, its a vibe, it's a feeling I only get in person I think. Sometimes you just know by paying attention to small details, such as with that lingering gaze, or the voice change when someone they are attracted to comes along.
I'm straight and born that way.
12 correct-8 wrong. I got the first 7 correct and then things went off the rails. LOL
The old earring tell was "Left is right, but right is wrong." Meaning, if the earring was in the right ear they were gay.
Mine's pretty good. But it is actually the spirit warning you of danger.
I've never thought about it like that before. That's something to ponder.
That’s ridiculous 😂 it’s just picking up on social cues based on stereotypes, basic social science
It was a joke, mate. But, seriously, whether you take in info via intuition (spirit) or cues (logic) is just a preference for listening to yourself. Pity the fool with neither.
One very unblurred line is that Amala is an attractive woman!
That was a fun one!
Ha, I got 6 wrong too Amala - but not the same ones as you!
It's definitely getting harder to tell. I mean there are still the obvious ones, but then there's that whole queer and non binary community that make everything a challenge
Unrelated, but about school work- I was so dedicated to doing every but of school work & homework. It didnt get me far at all.
Honestly a lost opportunity to have gone "Oh I'm the bottom, finishing last? Checks out".
Twerk for his announcement! Had me in tears 🤣💖
34:53 or maybe birth control has drained men's testosterone and also biologically causing women to be more attracted to feminine men.
It might be because I was born and raised in the country with a traditional father and older brother but I’m gay and everyone assumes I’m straight. It’s a double edged sword because I like “flying under the radar” and not having my business out there but It makes it hard to meet guys in public. 😅
49:37 No. That shirt is from a Studio Ghibli move. Princess Mononoke.
I've been mistaken for gay but I really don't care, I have a love for musicals so I get it
