Awesome how you used the tools on hand to remove/replace the door hinge! WatchJRGo on RUclips just started a series on repairing an 01 Nissan Frontier- I know you are working on Xterra, but thought you might like to check it out.
And these pins and bushings aren’t replaceable. You just have to replace the entire hinge. If push came to shove, you could probably take them apart and replace the pin and bushing, but as far as I know they don’t sell any for this specific application. You’d have to make something work.
