Start a farm, for everything you need. A cow farm, a sugarcane farm and a wheat farm. Hitting the villagers ruins their deals.

Enchanting is so not worth it if you’re just stopping when you beat the dragon, you’re way more better off getting a fire res position to just null the blazes, skip bastions and just look at endermen from a place they can’t reach you. All these side quests do not make the game easier, they just give you more minecraft episodes which I get but stop acting like your way is the easiest way, it’s not at all. 😂

If you take a villager and trap it in a room and then keep putting lecterns in front of it, breaking them before you trade with them, it'll keep refreshing their trades with different really good enchanted books to use with an anvil
This is probably the fastest way to get them^^^ you can trade with the other guys for the emeralds you need with basic resources ie food and flint and shit
I think we’re over complicating it for him he should just get protection 1 on all his gear and sharp 1
You can also reroll so it costs less emeralds for the enchanted book

10:30 after enchanting you can't use the enchantment table anymore. The only way to get higher would be to make sure you choose the level 30 one and pray you get a good roll or combine the same type of armor/weapon in the anvil (like prot 1 chest + prot 1 chest= prot 2 chest (keep in mind combining this way gets exponentially more expensive to make sure you min/max it)

A villager breeder and trading hall for enchantments would be horrors beyond human comprehension for him

Use villager Librarians and just re-role the enchants by constantly breaking lib stand and placing it again.
If you have an enchanting book make sure you enchant the item in the enchanting table before the book, since you can’t apply the book on the item then enchant the item.
If you defend a village from a raid you get a 15 minute buff that gives you good discounts from the villagers as well

villagers have a honor system, so the more you trade the cheaper the prices and better the deals, also raids give max honor to all living villagers in that village.
Fishing is actually really good with luck of the sea

- You can plant sugar and it grows again, just leave a one block high sugar cane so it grows, then start the grinding for the book shelves,
- the lectern is the fastest way and best way to get the books you want and you can leave them in a 1x2 block chamber and they keep the job, you can keep breaking and placing the lectern to change his book,
- to make him cheaper you need to complete a village raid and you get a raid by killing the illigers which you find in those giant tower outposts and you have to kill the guys with the flag on his back, then you ring the bell when you get the bad omen effect and that starts the raid
- to re-enchant an armor you need the book with the enchantment and then you use the book in the anvil to add it to the armor
- go for their 3 enchants they are the best enchants out of the 3 options which is why it cost more then the others
- there is armor better then diamond but it takes a lot of grinding and time to get and its in the worst place to mine it, under the lava lake in the nether, and you need a lot of netherite blocks to make a full set of netherite tools
You can stack enchantments by combining two pieces of the same type of amour in the anvil. If you want to keep villagers for trading its best to lock them in their homes, wall in and light up the village, or make a trading hall because they love to get themselves killed. You can also breed villagers. If you hit the villagers they increase prices, if the village gets raided and you defend it you'll get discounts.

To make crafting less of a pain, you can turn off recipe unlocking in the games menu so that all recipes are shown on your crafting table and you don't have to guess how to make things.

Leave one sugar cane at the bottom and it’ll regrow, and you can also place it next to water to make it grow, so just keep plating to make more plants so you never have to worry about sugar cane
Jev the enchanting is not that bad lmao. Start with the enchanting table with no bookshelves and at least just get level 1 enchantments on all your gear. I’m pretty sure iron armour with all protection 1 is still better than un-enchanted netherite armour

if you go back to the end portal, find the library again and just take the books from there, its WAY FASTER AND EASIER, you just need the books and some wood
Jev even protection 1, which is pretty easy to get, as you can see, is worth it. I doubt you even need Prot 4 or Prot 3 to kill the Ender Dragon in hardcore. It would be nice for sure, but if you don't want to spend all that time making bookshelves and farming for leather i would just get the enchanting table, get prot 1 and sharpness 1 on your armor and sword and be done with it. In COD terms its like you have a gun with really bad irons and bad recoil, and you get your first attachment slot unlocked, so you go and put a sight on for ease of use its a bigger buff than you would think.

Fishing is actually the easiest way to get enchantment books. Just keep fishing until you catch a fishing rod with Luck of the Sea and Lure. You'll be catching an enchantment book every few minutes.
jev go to the stronghold library for bookshelves... put the book shelf cases around the enchantment table... get levels and lapis luizel... and youre pretty much set.
Jev, the easiest way to get emeralds: make a fletcher, gather wood, turn them into planks, then into sticks and trade. They restock twice a day (in Minecraft).
Also you can destroy the lectern and place it again to change the enchanted books you get. But once you buy a book, you’re stuck with the selections. You can also make more librarians by making more lecterns and replacing the villagers job.
Protection IV for all armor is great and what I’d recommend first. Other great enchantments: Feather Falling IV for boots. Unbreaking III for all tools and armor. Mending for all tools and armor. Sharpness V is great for swords and axes. Efficiency V is great for faster mining, shoveling, and axe usage. If you like using a bow, I’d recommend power V. Hope this helps!

the level 4 and 5 enchants are so unnecessary. id even go as far as saying overkill for an easy dragon fight. he'd be good with just RNG enchanting at lvl 30 and then go fight. presuming he has diamond armor at the least.

For the way to build the library for the enchanting table here it is - Place an enchantment table in the center of a 5×5 area, surrounded by a ring of 15 bookshelves. The shelves must be placed exactly one block away from the table, leaving a 1-block air gap, with a 1-block high or 2-high configuration.
sidenote: putting torches in front of the bookshelf blocks the power of that bookshelf, I'd recommend putting a torch right under the enchanting table, or above the bookshelf

ENCHANTING: NECESSARY TIPS
1. Feather Falling is immensely necessary for your boots. Reduces fall damage when falling from any height & negates more damage the higher the enchantment
2. Using a book in the enchanting table gives you the chance to have random enhancements thrown on that book for anything avaliable to enchant, making it more of a gamble for what you get, but possibly giving you multiple enhancements to put on your sword, pick, armor, etc.
3. Combining single enchantment weapons or armor in the anvil rank the enchantment up. I.E. Sharpness 1 + sharpness 1 = Sharp 2 sword, sharp 2 + sharp 2 = sharp 3, and so on. Protection, projectile protection, fire protection, and blast protection are all their own separate enchants & can't be changed once put on, so flat protection just tends to be the best unless you're going to the nether & want fire protection

Enchant multiple iron swords or armor to sharpness / protection 1 then use the anvil to get protection 2 by combining the gear into 1. And enchanting books can work the same was as like a universal armor piece for any kind of armor (boots chest legs helm = book)
