People will leave pumps on & filters because it could become a health risk if not "Stagnat Water" i dont no if that is correctly spelled lol ... But water that sets builds up bacteria and could eventually become dangerous & leaven them on keeps fish turtles alive and plant life alive as well to protect the "Eco" system So keepinNg this environment safe & healthly also keeps anyone coming in contact with water or this area safe as well... Its called safety & not getting sued for who ever is responsible for that property....I dont think it is click bait because it perfectly NORMAL to see pumps & filters still on for Public safety Reasons
