Intrinsic value = (Agreed value of sundry assets) - (agreed value of sundry liabilities) - agreed purchase consideration for preference shareholder ÷ Number of Equity share.
Intrinsic value helps to find out actual fair value of share... remembered fair value and face value is not same...

Hi Pranjal! I binge watched your entire series this weekend was really impressed greatly!! However, I tried to find valuation for Ashok Leyland who is generating negative free cash flow which may be a recent phenomenon due to a very tough year for automobiles especially CVs. However, this stock may turn out to be a multi-bagger in long term but was unable to calculate its intrinsic value bases DCF method. Can you please make a video on how to calculate intrinsic value of such share where the cash flow is negative?

Amazing video sir, just wanted to know how precise and accurate is the Data regarding the financial statements on Ticker. Because most of the data i am sure is very accurate, but in some of the companies there is a discrepancy of about 5-10 crores in the financial statements in comparison to Screener.in
I am sure any of the data could be slightly incorrect, but i am just trying to draw your attention towards this thing which i personally noticed.

My question is, are corporate actions good or bad for investors ?
In one of your videos you mentioned that stock spilt is bad from an investor’s point of view as it brings the EPS down so I want to how should an investor look at corporate actions. Additionally, should I avoid companies that announce corporate actions frequently cos if it would have not been for corporate actions, in case of WIPRO shares worth ₹10k in 80’s wouldn’t be worth ₹600 CR today.

Oftentimes we see that some stocks rise suddenly (in short time span- gradually but very high) without even change in business model, not much change in financials and no special news for that stock. Can we say price of such shares are regulated by big investors always or is there anything i would be missing.
Its obvious, demand supply is the first and most imp factor which decides the share value........rest fundamental/technical analysis are just additives.......demand/supply manipulator k samne sab analysis fail he.....rest is luck

Its very simple. Take company revenew and divide it by comlanies total no of shares. Assume Reliance revenue was 100000 this year and total shared issues by company is around 10000 so 100000/10000 so EPS will be 10. Cool to learn more such calculation meet us #infobear. Learn before you start to earn.
