at the pro level mental game is likely one of the most important factors everyone has good mechanics and has cooked up strats but if you arent in the right mental state execution can obviously be a problem so these micro comms where they prevent an overheat or coordinate swinging into someone or any of the shit where they enable each other to make smarter plays is high value. Maybe sometimes its excessive but the intention is positive and his team mates are definitely aware of that and haven't told him to chill with it so if it aint broken dont fix it? @@nils1953
