I have only one go to breakfast casserole and it’s called Serbian eggs. Don’t know why. It’s amazing. It has 3 kinds of cheese in it including cottage cheese. No crust, but a small amount of either flour or bisquick which acts as a binder. I haven’t made for a few years. It costs a small fortune to make, but is delicious. I make it for Christmas breakfast. There is no meat in it. I serve with bacon or sausage, either homemade caramel rolls or feather light muffins, better known as donut muffins, coffee, juice, hot chocolate and milk. That’s pretty close to my menu. My nephew would remember the menus. We usually plan the Christmas menu on Thanksgiving and fine tune about now.

Hi. We are currently living in our motor home and unfortunately, it doesn't have a regular oven... {which is driving me crazy}. It's got a microwave/convection oven but I have no idea how to use other than the microwave part. I ALSO have a toaster oven but I've never used it for anything other than toast. I was wondering if you had ever used either of those for a casserole and if so, could you maybe do a video one day on how to go about using either of them. Thank you sweetie. XO from SE TEXAS!
Oh no! I'll have to see what I can do; I don't have a convection oven or a toaster oven. We will see if Santa brings me one of those for Christmas. We are in SE Texas too, we live just west of Houston in Katy Texas.
Hi, Momma Bear Lisa. We are currently living on our boat, and it also has a convention/microwave oven. To work our oven, I hit preheat and then the number that has the correct temperature above it then it tells me to select start or convec. I hit the convec. Button then the temp button again then it asks for the time to cook. Enter the time and press start. Usually the turntable starts and I press the turntable on/off button so it doesn't spin. It will let you know when preheat is over. I set a different timer for half the cook time and rotate the dish so it gets an even bake. I hope this helps because this casserole is amazing!

It's got a microwave/convection oven but I have no idea how to use other than the microwave part. I ALSO have a toaster oven but I've never used it for anything other than toast. I was wondering if you had ever used either of those for a casserole and if so, could you maybe do a video one day on how to go about using either of them. Thank you sweetie. XO from SE TEXAS!
Oh no! I'll have to see what I can do; I don't have a convection oven or a toaster oven. We will see if Santa brings me one of those for Christmas. We are in SE Texas too, we live just west of Houston in Katy Texas.

Hi, Momma Bear Lisa. We are currently living on our boat, and it also has a convention/microwave oven. To work our oven, I hit preheat and then the number that has the correct temperature above it then it tells me to select start or convec. I hit the convec. Button then the temp button again then it asks for the time to cook. Enter the time and press start. Usually the turntable starts and I press the turntable on/off button so it doesn't spin. It will let you know when preheat is over. I set a different timer for half the cook time and rotate the dish so it gets an even bake. I hope this helps because this casserole is amazing!
I also use the small, short rack to set the 13×9 dish on when it bakes.
