This are has not been dubbed as of yet, the early episodes of Dragon Ball super looked bad because of mistakes that were made by Toei animation when they handled this series. They had to make episodes faster and faster to create a greater and greater gap between the creation of each episode. Is the only in the latest Arc, Aka the universal tournament arc, that they're reached a reasonable schedule, which is why the animation is much better overall. Though the Black arc has its moments, but each of those moments had them hire new animators that weren't included in their initial budget.
