OTIS Compass 360 Skyrise Elevators @ Austin Marriott Downtown, Austin, TX

This is my first Compass 360! Though I'm not quite sure if it really is because the RFID reader is not lit up and if you look at the beginning, there is a key card reader off to the side. Also, I'm not sure if Compass 360 still uses CompassPlus lanterns on the 7th floor. They are really fast (700 FPM) and run great! It's such a shame the handicap function is completely unresponsive which is a major flaw. I was a dumbass and wasted 2 minutes trying to get one elevator in handicap mode lmao. It looks like the other cars on the lobby go somewhere else, but I did not have time to check where they go.

These are CompassPlus, just w/ newer key-pads. They have the CompassPlus letters above the doors, Compass 360 has different, more flat letters.

They have since been keycarded 24/7 now… from my perspective, it was impossible to hitchhike a ride on these elevators above the 7th floor if you are not staying here!

I tried to film these elevators in June 2021, however they were keycarded off cause I made a dumb decision to come here at night, these are nice elevators though.
