Hobby Lobby Dupe: Hobby Lobby Cedar Garland
Correction: the garland is actually a dupe for the Afloral CEDAR deluxe Garland, not the Norfolk Pine one. Just had a little miscommunication with my friend. Which explains why I felt like they weren’t very similar 😂 But it’s a great dupe to the Cedar one!
I wanted to make another note about the 3D paper ornaments.. Don't forget girls, you can also just DIY these!! Grab a big pack of cardstock and spend a couple evenings making different designs. They're super easy to make just following a YT guide. It's a bit time consuming, but once they're made, you'll have them for years and years! (And that way you can choose exactly what colors they are and what shapes!) I made a big set last year for my house!
I've had those clip on electric candles from Amazon for several years. No regrets. Once they are woven into garlands, trees, etc, you dont notice they are the cheaper type. They look fantastic.
Can you please share your bell garland DIY, if you have a video? Thank you for sharing your finds ❤
I have both garlands. Bought the Norfolk years ago when it wasn’t that popular, this year I got the Hobby Lobby one and it’s gorgeous! super full and at a very good price. They are very different regarding color and leaves shapes, but I like to mix Norfolk and Cedar to make it more unique and not the exact copy of what I see online.
I like to more bring in the feel, as far as decorating for seasons. Like right now I have several jewel coloured votive holders, a few more that are made from natural birch, some foraged pine cones and colourful leaves, and a few small fresh gourds, plus cream or white votive candles. When December arrives, the leaves and gourds will be gone, and my tree will go up. I don't care for glitzy christmas decor, so it's glass ornaments, ribbons, wood ornaments etc plus lights. And I add sticks and twigs to the tealight holders, as well as fresh evergreen boughs and red sumac.
🙂
Can't wait for 10K Subscribers Becca and your videos are genuinely genuinely helpful to me in my life today you are looking pretty and I will always be your biggest supportive🥹♥️🥹✨
Thanks again Becca! When I moved into my own apartment, I rushed to buy a tree to fight the seasonal depression and now I’m stuck with a big plastic tube of glitter bobbles. It makes a huge mess, it looks gaudy, it’s just a pain. But you’ve opened my eyes to more!
Great video. Can you tell me where you got the brown floral pillow behind you please
Awesome ideas! Thanks so much!
Thanks for sharing. Those two garlands are totally different. Although the feel may be the same, the cedar and the north pine branches are distinct in their looks. I have the Afloral pine garland. I have seen the Hobby Lobby cedar garland but my store is out of stock so I ordered the Christmas artificial soft cedar garland 72" from Temu. It looks just like the cedar garland from Hobby Lobby at a fraction of the cost ($35).
Great job on this video, thank you
Glad you liked it! Thank you 😊
Those velvet ornaments were hard to find at Hobby lobby, but I was able to get them when visiting a different location. I got them in brown and green. Also previously got those gorgeous burgundy ones at Walmart. Now I'm wondering if I can use all the three colors on a tree, or that would be too much.
Yes, you can!
Yes!
I have both garlands, the one from hobby lobby is different in color n leaves, but I honestly love the hobby lobby one way more. It’s much fuller n u just need one, as for the Afloral u need way more then two to actually achieve a really nice look esp on a mantle, cause u actually see more of the steam its on with just one . They’re other dupes that look just like it n i mean just as thin (that also sell out just as fast) for the price compared to the hobby lobby that actually looks amazing, they also have two sizes. hobby lobby also sells the one that looks exactly like the Afloral one, but that one sells out even faster (since i believe it came out this yr) then the much fuller one u shared 😂. All ur dupes are much more affordable and to me look or give the same exact effect for the lower price point. Most pieces no one would honestly know it’s not the original esp that Afloral garland. They’re many many dupes that look, feel n color exactly the same
Love these dupes!! and your channel!
Looking for paint color and love the one behind you in the video do you mind sharing ? 😊
I’m not sure what it is 😔 just a rental greige. I tried to get it color matched but it didn’t come out the same :/ I can reach out to the manager, so if I find out I’ll let you know!
For me personally, I don’t want to see one more home styled with the Norfolk pine stems and garland. Christmas decor can be just as beautiful with an ordinary garland spruced up with ornaments and picks that one already owns.
The hobby lobby ornaments have been out of stock for weeks!
Wait, are these white label goods or are they lower quality products for lower price?
Don’t shop hobby lobby
Why?
Agree
What's wrong with hobby lobby?
@ they’re a hateful organization- do some research
Unfortunately everyone is going to have a problem with some company; for example I no longer shop from companies who are misogynist and oppress Women and Children for example Nike, Adidas, Hershey's, Frito-Lays, PepsiCo and several others.
