IT'S WORTH TRYING! A recipe from an old yellowed newspaper

I found an interesting salad recipe in an old newspaper.
The newspaper was published in 1988!
Printed salad called
Georgian vinaigrette, although you might not call it vinaigrette,
but it tastes very good and deserves attention and the right to exist.
Recipe:
Beetroot 240 g
Potatoes 200 g
Beans 250 g
Fresh cabbage 150 g
Onion 1 pc
Parsley or cilantro bunches
Vinegar 1 tsp
Salt to taste
Ground black pepper
Sunflower oil 5 tbsp. a spoon
