I have a business development and partnership manager interview in a week snd requested to prepare an engagement plan presentation, of 10 minites, including target audience identification, objective, approach, metrics. How can you help?
I need some help I have a second stage interview for a learning and talent apprenticeship. The interview will consist of competency based questions , questions will be example led, based around my motivations, ambitions and fit for the role. They have also asked me to complete a skill scan which will be discussed in the interview. I’m confused whether they will asked me competency questions from the skill scan or regarding ambitions motivations etc. stressing someone help please
If I want to be employed but with no prior experience would it be possible to offer a time trial for example 1 month trial so that if you see my skills firsthand and then decide whether or not to hire me or this is wrong
I would not suggest doing this. @@CareerVidz now I watched the videos they were very exciting however their is one question that isn't mentioned in the video and that is the salary expectations and that only I feel embarrassed while answering and here is why since I live in Lebanon we are going through a liquidity crisis and therefore if you give a salary number they might ignore all the positive aspects of your character and won't hire and they don't give us respectable salary so how i can answer this question in the interview knowing that the market is suffering dearly and the head of the companies take advantage of it but I gain my rightful salary that I deserve amidst the crisis.

Yes, for sure! You may need to tweak it a little more as you know the company and the role specifically which can really help :)
