I am also a student of IIT Patna BBA program, I got admission through IPMAT exam itself. As one of the 150 students in the inaugural batch, I find this program exceptionally promising. Despite some initial challenges, the course structure is mind-blowing, designed to meet the dynamic demands of the job market. The full-time faculty here is composed of accomplished professionals with triad qualifications of CA, CS and CMA, who hold prestigious ranks and positions like Associate Director, Senior Audit Manager in Big Four firms like KPMG and EY, bringing real-world expertise. Although it faces some hurdles being the first batch, but as a student of CS executive also i can says that the curriculum of the program suggests that it will emerge as a strong competitor to the established BBA courses, even rivaling the IIMs in the near future. I am confident that the unique blend of theoretical and practical knowledge imparted here will prepare us as well-rounded professionals ready for the challenges of the corporate world.
Some people are asking here how many marks are required to get admission or which entrance to give. Believe me you just have to pass class 12 and they will take you. No entrance required, just get passing marksin class 12. Not many people apply and intake is limitless because it's online course so there is no seats criteria. This they took around 1500 students. Btw i am already warning you that this course is not upto the iit standards just mediocor teachers teach us here so don't make high expectations.
As a student of IIT patna bba i would recommend not to take admission in this course. The faculties are average, everything is online so you missout the wholesome college experience. Timings of classes daily fluctuates sometime it's in morning and sometime in evening. The fees is 1 lakh per year which is definitely not worth it. The course is new and many students are admitted so placements might be bad. The only good thing about this is you are getting IIT patna tag but after few years that also wouldn't matter much because companies are going for skills rather than degrees. Just saying that online study is fine but when you actually do it it's way too boring.I may leave this course and apply in du next year.
