I work for a distributor of DoorWorks products (and likely sold you this enclosure!). As of yet, we don't have an installation video for the 4 passenger Icon i40 available. We are, however, in the process of getting one. In the interim, would it be alright if we directed folks to this installation video as it's spot on?
Now that you’ve had this cover installed awhile, has the rear zipper worn out from constantly using it to get to your clubs? I love these covers , had them on my Yamaha and ezgo carts. I now have an i40L and want one for it. I have the same rear Club carrier as you too, and just wonder if the rear zipper wears out like most enclosure zippers do. Thanks.
This is a piece of garbage do not buy it. It's cheaply made and it has more open areas where air gets in and becomes as good as not having a cover at all. I made the golf cart company that 😮put it on for me take it off and give me a refund. Then I found Clackamas golf cart covers for the same price and in some cases $200-$400 less and the quality and enclosure is incomparable. I don't work for any company I'm just telling you from experience that I wouldn't buy this garbage if it was half-price
