@@sportsphotographer_india all the govn website got down all the day, on the fist day 18-06-2024 it was down, so my point is if you want to make new rules and regulation first gets technical things done first otherwise company will gonna face huge delay in publish the ad and it will result loss if campaign is not launch on time.

Hopefully it will be one time activity for a brand or agency.
Sadly no. For every single ad, you have to claim decleration. We are an ad agency in both social media and traditional advertising, and even if one ad has got decleration, and if we have small correction in that ad, be it a very tiny change, the decleration took earlier is void and fresh decleration is needed. We are already doing it for paper ads for our clients. And it won't be any different for social media pages too.
Credit goes to unplanned move by government and patanjali who actually caused this thing.

Greedy and lazy people are still listening and buying from people like Vivek Bindra, therefore he is running his ads and YT channel and earning from those channels. It's the people who needs to wake up and take action first i.e. stop looking for shortcuts in life. I don't think this new law will do much difference in stopping these fraudsters. It's their brand image that needs to be destroyed by people like CoffeeZilla on the internet itself. A beef with fellow youtuber won't change anything as well because it then becomes war of words only.
