There's something about Japanese video game themes that usually encapsulate that arrangement around 1:23. That warm ethereal like feel. Heard it so many times in various fighting games like Tekken and gran turismo. Like a fusion jazz sound. Love it.
I have a playlist of songs that capture that feeling for me. Look for the "Milleniumcore" playlist if you wanna check it out. I also reccomend the OSTs to Pokemon Battle Revolution and Automodelista
Interesting how by one hand dark Len turns into a cat with a super-small hitbox when crouching, while by the other hand white Len just tilts a bit towards getting the exact opposite result. It fits them well as they have opposite personalities and colours
for some reason, i always thought this would fit in well as a boss theme for the original Phantasy Star Online. I think it's because, in my mind, the particular synth strings at 1:20 and the synth melody added at 1:45 or so are used pretty heavily in the PSO1 soundtrack
