I realize this comment was 3 years ago but in case you happen to read this, being a Christian only means to believe that you are a sinner by nature, that God sent his son to die for you and cleanse you of your sins, to turn away from the sin in your life, and to accept Him as your Lord and Savior (Romans 5:12, John 3:16, Romans 5:8, Romans 10:9-10). Being a Christian means giving your life to God but turning from your old ways and seeking Him about how to live. It is a choice, and does not require a payment of any kind. God does ask us to tithe our money, but that is only 10% of your income, not most of it. And it is not a requirement of Christians, it is a step of faith, proving to God that we recognize that the money we have was given to us by Him, so by giving him 10%, we are worshipping his provision and trusting Him to continue to provide for us. We are acknowledging that He deserves everything we have, but he only asks for the first 10% of what we earn. And when we prove to God that we can give him one of the most powerful, defining powers in our possession (our finances), He often entrusts us with even more (but of course, this is a matter of the heart; we don’t obey God in order to get something good out of it, we do it because we trust Him no matter what and recognize that He deserves our obedience). I hope you now call yourself a Christian, and if not, that you find your way to God. A relationship with God through Christ’s sacrifice on the cross is the most wonderful thing I have and could ever experience. May God bless you and anyone else who reads this!

I used to support this ministry until I realized he never preaches on hell, sin or repentance. He leans too far into the entertainment arena now.
