Namak - taste hisab se 1 tsp
Ghee / Tel - 1 tsp
Pani - Dough banane ke lie
Tel - fry karne ke lie
Patta Gobhi - 1 choti si grated
Pyaaz - 1 kata hua large ya fir 2 medium
Black Pepper aur Namak - 1 tsp
Adrak - 2 inch piece
Butter - 1 tbsp
