The Vice Mayor, Inmaculada Sanz, outlines the keys to "The Participatory Group", a community open to local and regional governments from around the world to generate good practices in citizen participation.
It is promoted by the Madrid City Council with the collaboration of the UNED to share knowledge, exchange ideas and experiences and open a channel of connection and learning between its members.
The vision of The Participatory Group is to work together in the design of new and better citizen participation techniques, to contribute the desire to share one's own experiences, reflect and learn together. In short, improve participatory processes and make them more accessible, attractive and effective in our organizations.
