The head wrap goes on the other way. So when you tip your head over the long part goes in the long part of the wrap, you twist and then button on the bottom of your head. It seemed to work the way you did it too, lol.
Sounds like a decent product. I think when you do your next video, you cut out the drama. I'm watching the video based on the quality of the product, not based on your acting.
